At Victorium Supply, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactvictorium@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.
